Chief Tommy Morgan is a lifelong resident of Calloway County where he grew up as a kid and where he raised a family with his wife, Amanda, to whom he has been married for 28 years. He owns a local business in our county that he run with his two sons, Chase and Landon. Chief Morgan joined Calloway County Fire Rescue in April of 1997 where he started as a firefighter recruit working his way up to being a state certified firefighter before joining our ranks as an officer where he served as a Station Captain, Assistant Chief before being elected as the department's Fire Chief in (MONTH) of (YEAR). The fire chief is the highest-ranking officer in a fire department, responsible for the overall management and operations of the organization. They are the head of the department and oversee all personnel and activities. Their duties include strategic planning, policy development, community engagement, and emergency response coordination.

Chief Morgan has two sons who grew up in the fire department and who both followed in his footsteps and joined Calloway County Fire Rescue when they were old enough - Chase currently serves our department as an Assistant Chief and Landon serves our department as a Station Captain.
